Mr. Krygier joined Pramerica Real Estate Investors Munich office in 2000 as a Portfolio Manager for the US Property Funds II and III. He was responsible for investments and global strategy and also served as a managing director for the US Property Funds I, II and III. Since 2003 he is serving as managing director for the Pan-Asian funds TMW Asia Property Fund I (ASPF I) and Asia Property Fund II (ASPF II) with a combined gross size of over USD 5.5 billion. Beginning of 2008 he took positions as the CEO of Prudential Real Estate Investors Japan K.K. Mr. Krygier was instrumental in developing the investment strategy for Asia on behalf of ASPF and has been an active investor in the Asia region for over eight years.
Prior to joining Pramerica Real Estate Investors, he held various positions in real estate and finance such as managing director for BUGA partners, a British/German development company and authorized officer for Landesbank Sachsen. Mr. Krygier graduated in business economics from the University of Hamburg in 1991. He has more than 15 years experience in real estate including developments, finance, and portfolio management.
