Ms. Ong has over 9 years of a Human Resource experience. She has been a HR Generalist as well a Business Partner to the businesses of the companies she has worked with. She started her HR career as a HR Executive handling International Human Resources for Asia Pacific in a Telecommunication MNC. She later gained HR managerial experience in Singapore, Australia and Japan.

Before joining Pramerica Asia, she has had experience in the telecommunication and financial industries.

Ms. Ong has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
