Mr. von Werz is the CEO of Pramerica Real Estate International AG, a global platform offering specialized products for German investors in particular. He is a member of Pramerica's Global and European Management Committee.

Mr. von Werz practiced law in Munich until 1977 at which time he moved to New York to join the German/American real estate advisory firm Transatlantic Consultants where his primary responsibility was to monitor the acquisition process of US real estate investments for German investors. Between 1979 and 1982 Mr. von Werz worked as a principal on various real estate projects in New York before forming TMW Real Estate Group, L.P. Atlanta and TMW Immobilien AG, Munich in 1982. All TMW companies have been acquired by Pramerica Real Estate Investors as of 1st January 2003.

He has over 28 years experience in commercial real estate investment, development, finance and syndication.

Mr. von Werz has been a member of AFIRE since its formation and served on its executive board for several years. Mr. von Werz is fluent in German and English.
