Pramerica's Real Estate Finance team is responsible for investments in and funds management for commercial real estate debt products in geographically focused funds. Depending upon the particular fund, these investments may include performing and non-performing whole loans, mezzanine loans, B-Notes, preferred equity and CMBS. Debt investments can be newly originated or acquired in the secondary market and secured by single assets or portfolios across all major property types. Transaction types include recapitalizations, refinancings, re-positionings and acquisitions. The current geographic focus is on the United States and Europe.
